Meet the Founders

The sip Torne. story begins with co-founders Rawleigh Williams III and Lexi Cosgrove. Despite Rawleigh's constant travel as an NFL agent and Lexi's demanding role as a digital marketing manager in Dallas, Friday night date’s became a cherished tradition—a dedicated time to unwind, reconnect, and share the week's stories. During these nights, Lexi set out to change Rawleigh's lifelong hatred of coffee. After weeks of nudging, he finally took a sip of her espresso martini. From that point on, every Friday date night ended with them sharing countless conversations over an espresso martini or two—whether at a favorite restaurant, a local bar, or the cocktail mixed up by Lexi herself.

Soon after noticing their weekly drink of choice, the couples’ friends started looking to them for espresso martini recommendations, that's when it hit them: they were onto something. Months of suggesting great spots in the Dallas area led to an idea—they could create the ultimate choice themselves. And so, sip Torne. was born: an espresso martini that's more than a drink—it's their passion poured into every sip.
